New Name Reflects Product’s Ability to Employ Real Intelligence, Not Artificial Intelligence to Find the Right Fit Faster

DETROIT, MI February 8, 2019 – WorkFountain announces its name change to Talentei, effective February 8, 2019. This name change is part of the larger rebranding of Employ Intelligence, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the technology firm Digerati, a company that blends the discipline of enterprise architecture, lean design and agile software development to develop differentiating software solutions.

Talentei is a patented recruiting technology that reduces unconscious bias to help employers:

  • Find the Right Fit Faster
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion
  • Connect with Untapped Pools of Candidates

Talentei moves beyond resume and job description searches to share more accurate information so employers spend more time with the right candidates and less time with candidates that don’t fit. Through an easy and quick survey, Talentei instantly scores each candidate to see if they fit for a job opening and shares the results with both the employer and the candidate through Talentei’s Fit Assessment®.

“Talentei creates a better path for employers to find the talent they need to grow their companies”, says CEO Brian Balasia.

Talentei works with employers of all sizes and helps them to find the talent they need with confidence.  With a growing customer base Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, and Texas, Talentei has provided recruiting assistance to 10,000 companies, with 70% having fewer than 100 employees.
